Why choose our Short Sale Team?
We do a preliminary title exam
We charge an upfront fee of $100 to the seller. They have a vested interest now in seeing the short sale through. We can provide accurate information to the seller and real estate agent to set expectations for the short sale. We catch pending lawsuits and deal with them before they can attach as judgments.
We only get paid if we are successful
Our $1500 fee is paid by the seller at closing.
We deal with seller directly
Working directly with the seller we gather all required documents throughout the process. The real estate agent is kept in the loop while we do all of the short sale work.

Our Process
- Complete preliminary title exam to determine if the seller is a candidate for short sale
- If the seller is a candidate, we gather all documentation
- We deal with the seller and lender directly to streamline the short sale process
- Collect all offers and present to the lender for consideration
- Provide consultation to the listing agent
- Submit accepted contract to American Homeland Title Agency, Inc. to complete the purchase transaction
